Database Screening
(New Zealand prospects only)
Saints Information provides a database screening service to check out
who are the best prospects sitting on your own donor database.
We are continually adding to our own "Saints" database of
5000 individuals who are high net worth, philanthropic or high profile.
By a simple process of name and address matching we can provide you with
a list of warm prospects who may be able to give at a higher level and
form the basis of a major gifts or bequests programme - or simply candidates
for "upgrading" as donors.
Options:
The basic cost of the services depends on the size and condition
of your database and includes a match list of 10 names.
Further results can be presented in the following formats:
- Match List: Excel spreadsheet with name + address of match and
occupation
- Short List: As above + wealth and/or philanthropic track records.
- Profiles: Basic or full profiles including information on family,
education, directorships, wealth, philanthropic track records and
networks
Requirements:
- Data should be sent on either floppy disc or CD-ROM
- Format should be Excel or a text only (CSV or ASCII).
- Fields required include first name, middle name or initial, surname,
address 1, address 2, address 3, town.
Confidentiality:
Confidentiality agreements are signed both parties in advance of the
provision of data.
